You have 3-4 days to request a refund from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your returned item.
